A couple weeks ago when Jake and I were wandering around our yard pulling weeds, I saw a plant I wasn't sure was a weed or flower. It was ridiculously prickly and menacing. It looked like it was supposed to be there (but mainly because I was too creeped out to pull it) so I left it. And the very next day....
I'm still a little afraid of them and haven't managed to pull the crab grass out of that one area. But c'mon, look at those prickles! It kinda reminds me of that show "Little Shop of Horrors" with that man-eating eggplant.
Yikes!
