This summer I worked on another viewbook which they print 45,000 of and distribute to the high schools around the country to recruit kids to USU. Luckily, Abby came late so I could finish it. I was literally emailing people and sending proofs from my phone while I was laying on the hospital bed in labor (again, epidurals are a medicine miracle). It's been great working for the admissions office because they give me a lot of freedom as well as a lot of responsibility helping to conceptualize, plan and art direct photo shoots, writing a little text and, obviously, the design.
Since I get to work from home more now, me and Abby will be living it up, looking out of a real window, enjoying a second computer screen and the CS6 suite at home, and eating as many Twix bars I want while my fellow office mates are trudging up old main hill every morning. Oyez...
Sounds like a great job you have! I love the brochure! Even I want to come to USU...again. Oh it really is the best place in the world. So many good memories :)
